Founded in 2018 in Frederick County, Maryland, Precision Utility Construction brings together more than 35 combined years of team experience in utility placement and repair using horizontal directional drilling and trenchless technology. We’re a family owned and operated, woman- and minority-owned company that also handles excavating and trenching — built on disciplined execution, safety, and reliability, the same standards our commercial, municipal, and government clients depend on for every project. Residential work is rare for us; when it comes up, we’re upfront that it’s not our focus and typically point folks elsewhere.
